First things first, what is Kefir? Well, scientifically speaking Kefir is a fermented milk drink. Unscientifically speaking, just picture drinkable yogurt. It is different than yogurt, however, with more probiotic content (healthy bacteria that your gut loves) and a thinner consistency. So yeah, yeah, Kefir is clearly good for your health... but it is also DELICIOUS and there are tons of ways to use it! One of our favorite recipes is a Kefir Smoothie Bowl. This recipe is very versatile and super easy to make. Above is one bowl that we have made and here is what is included:

You can add any kind of fruit imaginable, chocolate chips, coconut, chia seeds, flaxseed, and a variety of nuts and granola mixes.
